My name is Michelle Mercader, I have over 22 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. Throughout my career I have been deeply committed to helping others improve mobility, strength and overall well-being. I founded Fitness Angel, a unique approach that combines the principles of physical therapy with fitness to enhance balance, stability and strength. Fitness Angel draws on my extensive knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation, paired with my passion for fitness, to create customized programs to bridge the gap between recovery and performance.
